Lotto held Pamoja Power Draw on Saturday August 4th 2018 that saw Ksh 10,000,000 given away to 10 lucky Kenyans. Each of them was able to walk away with Ksh 1,000,000 each and all they used was 50 bob to play and got a chance to win with Lotto.

Ephraim Mundia is a resident of Thika, Kiambu County and is a father of nine. He started playing Lotto because of the good work the foundation has been doing for Kenyans. With his winnings he will build a family home. Thanks to Lotto he will now also be able to pay school for all his nine children.

Godfrey Wambugu was not left out of this list of winners for the 4th August power draw. Godfrey a resident of Nyeri County is a father of three. He was intrigued by the lotto winners he saw on TV. Now that he is also a winner, he will be investing in a new business for dairy production and at the same time build a home for his family.
Julius Gathendu resides in Kiambu County. Just like Ephraim He was intrigued by the work of the Lotto Foundation. The 52 year old will now go further and start a feeding programme for the needy in his resident County. Julius now has enough to build a family house and also pay his children’s school fees just from spending 50bob with Lotto.
Metrine Nafula currently resides in Cheranganyi in Trans-Nzoia. Lotto helped her go into business and use her Lotto winnings to acquire a premise that will enable her run a business. Metrine stresses how she had convinced her whole family to play Lotto because of the Lotto foundation work.
Meshak Munyondu was the 5th winner that Saturday night. The 37 year old who is a father of four has vowed not to allow his children to go through any struggles like he went through and he will ensure they get the best education they can get.
Titus Hinga who is a father of 5 was encouraged by the work of the Lotto Foundation. He believes that giving always comes back in a bigger way. Because of his win with Lotto he will now comfortably pay school fees for his children while expanding his car parts business. As someone who is passionate about giving, Titus will also use some of his winnings for charity work.
For Douglas, it was simply the patience of winners that encouraged him to play Lotto. He talks about how he would constantly watch Lotto testimonials and realized that all it required was patience and truly, his patience paid off. Douglas now wants to use the money to buy land where he will build a house for his family. He also wishes to acquire a boutique for his wife to increase the financial stability of the family.
Migori County also joined the list the same night with Emily Wangare walking away with 1 million. Emily will use the winnings from Lotto to expand her business which deals with handbags. Also being a single mother, Emily will buy a plot for her and her daughter and save the rest of her winnings for the upkeep of her child.
Peter Muthembwa a resident of Mombasa was the 9th winner. He has lost so much. His business burnt down in an unexplained fire, a deal went sour and he lost everything. Today he has all the right to be proud because of Lotto. Mutisya be able to deal with his main life issue which has been raising school fees for his six children. He has promised himself that he will play Lotto continuously as the Lotto foundation is a good cause.
